Brice Michaud

Brice Michaud, the newest member of the Vinum Ibiza team, was born in Lyon, France. After spending much of his childhood in Burgundy, he trained and worked as a sommelier, starting as an assistant sommelier in Bordeaux, then working as a sommelier in restaurants in Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Provence) and Lisbon (Portugal). He later moved to Madrid, where he continued working as Head Sommelier and manager in restaurants and wine bars in the capital. Questioning, perfecting, and tasting are his mottos for maintaining high standards in his profession. Thanks to his accumulated experience, his daily motivation is to guide, share, help, and advise hospitality professionals on the island of Ibiza.
