The Cyrot-Buthiau winery, led by Olivier Cyrot, is located in Pommard. They produce sincere and straightforward wines in a classic style. All of their wines come from the Côte de Beaune. In Pommard, they work with one of the best vineyard plots in the AOC: Les Charmots. They also source from Maranges and Santenay in the southernmost part of the region, as well as from the prestigious vineyards of Les Clos Roussots and Clos Rousseau. Their entry-level wines are simple and well-crafted, making them a perfect introduction to the winery's style and philosophy: simplicity and sincerity.

The vineyard has been converted to biodynamic farming since 1997 under the guidance of Anne-Claude Leflaive, a visionary and iconic figure in Burgundy. This masterful winery produces some of the finest whites in all of Burgundy, particularly in the Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault regions. Domaine Comtesse de Chérisey, led by the talented Hélène and Laurent Martelet, is one of the standout discoveries of the past decade in the world of white Burgundy. They work 9 hectares, 7 of which are in Premier Cru vineyards. The estate benefits from an exceptional microclimate, influenced by the 25 hectares of surrounding Blagny forest. Their wines are authentic, deep, concentrated, mineral, and precise, thanks to the meticulous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar by the couple. This attention to detail—right down to choosing the wood for aging from the very same Blagny forest—has elevated their Puligny and Meursault wines to be among the best in the AOC.

Domaine de l’Enclos, founded in 2016 by Romain and Damien Bouchard, is a young winery with 26 hectares of estate vineyards. They produce organic wines, using native yeasts and a natural, sustainable approach. Their wines offer a more dynamic and refined expression than usual, showcasing maturity and generosity with a more balanced acidity. The estate works 1.5 hectares in Grand Cru and an additional 8 hectares in Premier Cru. With a promising future ahead, this is a winery to watch closely.

Domaine Eric Forest, located in the village of Vergisson, just a few kilometers from the famous "Roche de Solutré," is run by Eric, who works the vineyards passed down from his grandfather, André. André instilled in him a philosophy rooted in nature and biodynamics. Eric is a meticulous and joyful artisan, full of talent, always in pursuit of perfection. His exceptional work has earned him two stars in the prestigious French wine magazine La Revue des Vins de France.

Domaine Faiveley is a cornerstone of Burgundy’s winemaking history, producing wines since 1825. Now in its seventh generation, the winery continues the tradition of a negociant with exemplary craftsmanship. With 120 hectares of vineyards in the finest vineyards and villages of Burgundy, Faiveley produces a wide range of wines, from basic appellations to Villages, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru, all marked by a distinctive style: expressive, fragrant, and balanced. With wines for every palate, Domaine Faiveley is a reference point in the Burgundy region.

Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer was founded in the 1950s by Paulette and Robert Jayer, cousins of the legendary Henri Jayer. Gilles, their son, took over the winery until 2017 when he sold it to Swiss businessman André Hoffmann. Today, the winery has undergone a significant transformation in both its winemaking methods and vineyard practices: organic vineyards, aging in amphorae, and a greater focus on precision and clarity in the wines. The white wines incorporate up to 30% Pinot Blanc in the blend.

Domaine Jean Monnier et Fils has been established in the village of Meursault since 1720. With over 300 years of winemaking, their long history is a key strength and a testament to their solid experience. The wines are classic, unpretentious, balanced, and feature a good range of single-vineyard bottlings from the Meursault village and its surrounding areas (Puligny, Pommard, etc.). The consistency in both quality and production makes Domaine Jean Monnier et Fils a reliable reference in the region.

Located in Marsannay, Domaine Olivier Guyot cultivates its vineyards in the traditional way, using horseback and biodynamic viticulture. A blend of classic and modern methods allows the estate to produce a range of wines that are straightforward, simple, and unpretentious, with a rich heritage of old vines. From its humble Aligoté to the renowned Clos De Vougeot, the winery’s range of Burgundy wines respects the natural balance of the vineyard and the diversity of its terroirs.

Domaine Ponsot is a winery located in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, where they produce six Grands Crus, including the famous Clos de la Roche, the flagship wine of Ponsot. Another gem from the winery is the 1er Cru Les Monts-Luisants, the only 1er Cru Aligoté in Burgundy. RoseMarie leads the winery, with advice from Alexandre Abel, following an impeccable model: vinification in fudres, long aging in old wood, minimal sulfur, and a strong expression of the soil. Domaine Roblot-Marchand is a great witness to Burgundy's winemaking tradition. Established in 1910, the winery works a significant portion of its vineyards in the Chambolle-Musigny area, along with parcels in Vosne-Romanée and Gevrey-Chambertin. Since 2001, the winery no longer operates as a négociant, meaning that all vinification and bottling are now carried out entirely on-site at the winery.

Thibault Liger-Belair is a winery located in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges, with a history that dates back to 1720, alongside the Marey family. Today, it is one of the most sought-after wineries in Burgundy, known for its delicate, refined, and sincere wines. Thibault is a pragmatist with no fixed dogmas. The winery works with low yields, organic practices, and alternates between finesse and structure, with varying percentages of whole clusters depending on the vintage and the vineyards each year. Since 2009, the winery also produces a series of single-vineyard wines in Moulin-à-Vent in Beaujolais, following the same rigor and style as their Burgundy wines.

Domaine Thibert is located in the village of Fuissé in the Mâconnais region, where the eighth generation presents a selection of high-quality cuvées crafted by Sandrine, her brother Christophe, and with the help of her daughter Camille. The winery shares its expertise and facilities with Fabien Duperray (Jules Desjourneys), working around 30 hectares of their own vineyards in the areas of Pouilly, Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Prissé, Mâcon-Verzé, and Saint-Véran.
