Weingut Bründlmayer
With 70 hectares in the Kamptal region, Willi Bründlmayer is the largest wine producer in Austria. He is famous for his magnificent Riesling, but also for the exceptional wines he creates from the local variety, Grüner Veltliner, producing whites with great personality. The Alte Reben vineyard, over fifty years old, is one of Bründlmayer's most treasured assets. Weingut Bründlmayer is located in Langenlois, about 70 km northwest of Vienna. Bründlmayer does not de-stem the grapes and presses them very slowly to achieve a natural short maceration. Thanks to low yields, his wines have sufficient alcohol potential that he never needs to resort to chaptalization. Additionally, he works in the most natural way, fermenting the musts with his own yeasts.

Domaine Comtesse de Chérisey, led by the talented Hélène and Laurent Martelet, is one of the standout discoveries of the past decade in the world of white Burgundy. They work 9 hectares, 7 of which are in Premier Cru vineyards. The estate benefits from an exceptional microclimate, influenced by the 25 hectares of surrounding Blagny forest. Rhône Valley
Clusel-Roch
The history of Clusel-Roch winery begins in 1935 when Baptiste Clusel, a farmer from the Rhône Valley, sold his wine production to local merchants, along with pears and apricots, as was the tradition in the region. It wasn’t until 1969 that René and his son Gilbert began to passionately and conscientiously work their massal selection vineyards, eventually converting them to biodynamics in 1984. Today, Guillaume Clusel vinifies wines with distinct identities in the best terroirs of Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie, focusing on low extraction, where each vineyard plot expresses its own unique character and personality.

Over four generations, Wegeler has made it possible to express the Riesling variety in all its forms, both in Rheingau and Mosel. There is no specific style of Wegeler other than excellence and a passion for the pure expression of Riesling.

Le Marche
Azienda Santa Barbara
Azienda Santa Barbara is located in the Le Marche region, a mountainous area with access to the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines. Dynamism and innovation are the two characteristics that define the wines of Stefano Antonucci. From his rosé, an ode to Formentera, to Le Vaglie, an immensely enjoyable Verdicchio, his Orange Wine Arnaldo, and the late-harvest ma non tardo in collaboration with a foundation supporting the cure for neuromuscular diseases, to Moss Blanc, a truly gastronomic and age-worthy wine, Santa Barbara offers a range of wines for all tastes. The goal is to defend innovation, dynamism, and the great grape that is Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.

Tuscany
Monsanto
After leaving San Gimignano before World War II, Aldo Bianchi returned to Tuscany in 1960 and fell in love with Castello di Monsanto, eventually purchasing it. Adding to this story is the passion for wine passed down from Aldo to his son, Fabrizio Bianchi. It was Fabrizio who planted new vineyards and, along with his wife Giuliana, turned the wine business around Castello di Monsanto into a success. Since the first harvest in 1962, much experimentation has taken place in both the vineyard and the winery, all aimed at achieving the highest quality and expression in their wines. The estate covers 72 hectares in the province of Florence. Today, Cantina Castello Monsanto is synonymous with quality and success, innovation, and respect for tradition.

Monteverro
Located in the Maremma region near the Tyrrhenian Sea, this young Tuscan winery has managed to craft wines in just a few years that echo the style of classic Supertuscans—concentrated, austere, full-bodied, and saline. They follow the French winemaking tradition under the guidance of winemaker Matthieu Taunay and consultant Michel Rolland. The winery is committed to meticulous grape selection and parcel-by-parcel vinification to produce wines of the highest quality. Today, the winery is on its way to organic conversion. Their wines predominantly feature Bordeaux-style blends for reds, and Vermentino and Chardonnay for whites. Impeccable and thrilling wines!

Pietroso
The Pietroso winery was founded in the 1970s in Montalcino by enologist Domenico Berni, driven by his passion for the land and wine, with the aim of producing limited quantities of high-quality wines like Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. Today, the winery is carefully and enthusiastically managed by his nephew, Gianni Pignattai. The estate spans 4 hectares of vineyards near the winery, situated on the hill of the village, providing ideal conditions for grape maturation. The result? A model Brunello, textbook perfect, so delicious that it can be enjoyed now, though it will also age beautifully in the bottle. Their Rosso di Montalcino is a delight—rich, flavorful, and full of character.

Kumeu River
Generation after generation since 1944, the Brajkovich family, originally from Croatia, revolutionized wine production in New Zealand. In 1986, the winery began crafting high-quality wines under the Kumeu River label. As the family has grown over the years, so has the winery, expanding to what it is today and gaining recognition in international markets. Constant praise and awards from the most prestigious wine experts are a testament to its success. Melba, Michael, Marijana, and Milan continue to produce wines just as their ancestors did decades ago, blending tradition and a deep love for winemaking to create wines of exceptional quality that can be enjoyed now and in the future.

Marjan Simčič
In 1988, Marjan Simčič took over the management of the family winery, and in 1997, he built the current winery in the village of Ceglo, near Medana. This was a bold, ambitious, and radical move. Simčič wines are made from grapes grown in the family-owned vineyards, located in the heart of Slovenia's Goriška Brda wine region, at the border with Italy, where they also work a significant portion of their vineyards (Collio). The winery's philosophy is centered on expressing the character of the terroir of this region, which was once submerged under water in ancient times, creating soils rich in minerals that contribute to the production of unique wines. They also employ ancestral winemaking methods, following the practices of previous generations.

Bodegas Ponce (Manchuela)
Bodegas Ponce was founded in 2005 when Juan Antonio Ponce decided to return to his homeland (after several years of studying and learning) to recover old Bobal vineyards inherited in Manchuela, along with his father and brother. The Ponce family is largely responsible for the recovery and visibility of Manchuela wines, producing wines from local varieties such as Moravia Agria, Albilla, Garnacha, and Monastrell. The vineyards are managed with respect for the land, and no artificial treatments are applied to the plants. Only native yeasts are used, and subtle extractions are favored. These wines have identity, character, and are easy to drink, thanks to their low alcohol content.

Marta Ramas and Miguel Fisac, young enologists who studied at the University of Bordeaux and have worked in Saint-Emilion, Hawkes Bay, Napa Valley, and Cape Town in South Africa, are part of the Valdaya project, which began in 2013. With them, new winemaking techniques have been introduced to the winery, such as Micro Fermentations by Vineyard Plot, along with 100% manual processes to fully express the potential of each terroir. Since then, each vintage is crafted using grapes from old vines, native yeasts, and old barrels to preserve the identity and expression of each terroir.

Bodegueros Quinta Esencia (Toro)
Founded in 2006, Bodegueros Quinta Esencia is located between the Sierra de Mágina Natural Park and the Alto Guadalquivir Natural Area. After many dreams and a clear vision, they have successfully combined originality with the highest standards of quality. Ramiro Carbajo, along with Florentino Ferrín, leads this beautiful project—a small winery that produces wines from five hectares of old vineyards. According to the founders, the key to making great wine lies in three ingredients: the land, the climate, and the passion of the people. This philosophy results in wines that are harmonious, balanced, and elegant.

César Márquez is one of the rising stars of Bierzo, having honed his skills working alongside his famous uncle, the renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez. César's project follows a Burgundian hierarchy, which is why he produces a regional red wine that captures the identity of Bierzo, specifically focusing on the typicity of Valtuille. Additionally, he makes a white wine from century-old Godello vines, along with four parcel-specific wines from the Valtuille area. Most of the vineyards are old, co-planted with various varieties and orientations, on soils predominantly composed of slate and clay. These wines are balanced and genuine, true to their origin, showcasing César's craftsmanship as a winemaker.

Clos de l’Obac (Priorato)
In the late 1970s, journalist Carles Pastrana (from Tarragona) and winemaker Mariona Jarque (from Barcelona) embarked on the adventure of a lifetime: dedicating their professional and family future to the recovery of the wines of Priorat and their international projection. In 1979, the couple revived the family winemaking tradition, starting a long journey to restore the ancient Cartusian wines in the heart of the lands once overseen by the former priors of Scala Dei in Priorat. The diversity of vineyards surrounding the village of Gratallops, combined with the exceptional work of the winery’s technicians, is key to producing these structured, elegant, and complex wines.

Forjas del Salnés is the project of Rodrigo Méndez, in collaboration with Raúl Pérez, founded in 2005 in the Val do Salnés region of Rías Baixas. Following his grandfather's tradition, Rodrigo began by producing red wines, which surprised many, but he succeeded and quickly established himself as one of the best winemakers in the region. His Albariños have also become a significant source of inspiration for many in Galicia. From Leirana, a selection of various vineyards, to single-vineyard wines like Finca Genoveva, these wines are crafted with love and meticulous attention to detail, focusing on the vineyard itself and the best plots. The goal is to respect the interaction between grape variety and terroir. Today, Forjas del Salnés produces some of the most exciting Albariños and red wines in Rías Baixas.

Bernabeleva is one of the pioneering wineries in the Sierra de Gredos that we know today. Bodegas Conde de Suyrot (Mallorca)
The story of Bodegas Conde de Suyrot began when Count Fabrice de Suyrot, with a successful enological career in Bordeaux, fell in love with Mallorca more than 15 years ago, specifically with the lands in the north of Mallorca that already had a vinous tradition. This passion led him to establish his winery there and produce excellent wines, which continue to be crafted in a completely artisanal manner. Since 2021, the winery has embarked on a new phase under the leadership of Søren Rump, a wine enthusiast deeply in love with both wine and Mallorca. With him, the winery has received a fresh boost, while still preserving its essence and the unique charm that defines it.

Just as the winery has preserved valuable architectural heritage, including the Church of San Esteban (dating back to the 12th century), the Torre de Otazu (built three centuries later), and the 16th-century Renaissance Palace, they have also focused on culture with an art collection. The wines are made from grapes sourced from their own vineyards (110.12 hectares) surrounding the winery. The climatic conditions in Otazu are very similar to those in neighboring Bordeaux. They grow Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and Chardonnay, strategically planted in various soils and areas of the estate, aiming to bring out the full potential of each variety.
