Vinum Seminars 2025

The first edition of the Vinum Seminars Ibiza 2025 has officially come to an end, and we couldn’t be more proud of the result. From November 3rd to 7th, hospitality professionals in Ibiza gathered at the Eurostars Hotel Puerto de Ibiza to share five days dedicated to learning, tasting, and exploring the future of wine culture.

Our goal at Vinum Ibiza was clear: to offer deep, practical, and critical training that reflects the international evolution of sommellerie. Thanks to the enthusiasm and active participation of all the attendees, this purpose came to life in an exceptional way.

A line up of outstanding speakers

This first edition brought together five professionals who embody excellence, diversity, and vision within the wine world:

• Goran Krstanovic – Sommelier and founder of Vinum Ibiza, who explored how to introduce current trends in modern sommellerie to the island’s clientele.
• Sergio Gonçalves – at the helm of the Portuguese cooperage J.M. Gonçalves and its branch Etna France.
• Brice Michaud – Best Sommelier of the Balearic Islands 2025, guiding us through the complexity of Burgundy’s classifications, crus, and terroirs.
• Jérémy Arnaud – Founder of the International Association of Terroir Rosés, demonstrating the aging potential and distinctive identity of terroir-driven rosés.
• Cesare Bussolo – Talented Barolo producer who presented his wines from La Morra, showcasing the elegance, character, and aging capacity that define his minimal-intervention philosophy.

Each session combined technical knowledge, tastings, and discussion spaces, reinforcing the 360º approach we aim to share in our educational programs.
